We thank you for considering the designs we've created and used on locally made products, when you place an order for an item with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us before ordering.
A Contract for the sale of products from Brumwear, which operates as 2059721 Alberta Ltd., will be formed once an order has been accepted, processed and sent, at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods.
The availability and prices of goods are subject to change, and such changes may occur without notice. Delivery charges are added to the value of orders as appropriate, as described in the delivery times and charges.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that the goods despatched comply with the terms of the contract and also that the goods despatched are fit for the purpose for which they are normally used and fit for any special purpose, such purpose being agreed in advance.
