Ozzy Osbourne
was born in Aston, Birmingham, and is recognized on Broad Street's Walk of Stars.He was the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath before launching a solo career, and is known as the "Godfather of Heavy Metal".
Osbourne, who is dyslexic, co-wrote an autobiography "I Am Ozzy" with Chris Ayres.
Birmingham is now seen as the official Home of Metal, as described in a video.
