The Moody Blues
formed in Erdington, Birmingham in 1964.The original members included Ray Thomas, Michael Pinder, John Lodge, Denny Laine, Graeme Edge and Clint Warwick.
They synthesized classical and rock elements in their music, and sold over 71 million albums across the world.
Their hits include "The Story in Your Eyes, "Isn't Life Strange "Nights in White Satin",
"I'm Just A Singer (In A Rock and Roll Band)and "In Your Wildest Dreams".
The Moody Blues were awarded 14 platinum and gold discs.
